Salon New Client Policy

We are looking forward to seeing you for your appointment. To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience, please review our salon policies below:

Credit Card Details

To confirm an appointment, new clients must provide valid credit card details. This information is securely stored and used to hold the appointment.

Cancellation

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% service fee will be charged. If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment, 100% of the service fee will be charged.

Clients 16 & Under

Clients aged 16 and under must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian, who will also be required to attend the treatment.
Booking & Confirmation
  • Non-Refundable Booking Fee: A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. No payment, no appointment.
  • Confirmation: By paying the booking fee, you confirm your appointment and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Arrival & Punctuality
  • Travel Time: Please allocate enough travel time to arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment.
  • Late Arrivals: If you are running late, kindly send us a message. Any delay beyond 10 minutes will result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment.
Reschedules
  • 24-Hour Notice: Sometimes you may need to change or reschedule your appointment. A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules. Reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of your booked amount.

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% service fee will be charged.
  • 2-Hour Cancellation Policy: Full payment will be required on cancellations within 2 hours of booking time
  • Timely Cancellation: If you no longer require your appointment, please cancel as soon as possible to allow others the opportunity to book the slot.
  • Health Precautions: If you are feeling unwell, it is important to cancel your appointment to ensure a healthy environment for all clients.
Parking
  • On-Site Parking: Parking is available directly in front of the salon.
  • Alternative Parking: If you’re not comfortable using the on-site space, street parking is available. Please be considerate of our neighbours by avoiding blockage of their entrances or exits.
Waiting Area
  • Outdoor Seating: If weather permits, feel free to take a seat outside, and we will come out to meet you.
Payments
  • Payment Methods: All payment methods are accepted, with cash being preferred.
Guests & Safety
  • No Extra Guests: Please attend appointments alone. Due to health and safety factors, including equipment, no extra guests, friends, family members, or young children are allowed in the salon.
  • Children Attendance: Where possible, children should not attend appointments due to health and safety concerns.
  • Minors: Clients aged 16 and under must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian, who will also be required to attend the treatment.
